Catching Up with Confidence

"Our son was having trouble in kindergarten he felt like he was "not a good student". He and I would agonize over his homework that was taking up to 2 hours a day (for kindergarten level assignments). I mentioned it to his teacher and she told me because he was not deficient in all areas they would not be able to help him. I wasn't sure what we were going to do - I didn't want him to start out hating school and homework.

I then talked to Sylvan and they assured us that they could help a child as young as our son and that they would work on his self esteem that was so evidently deflated. Now he is reading and writing his letters. He was so excited to write his grandfather's name on his Father's Day card. "They taught me how to make a Big G at Sylvan, I couldn't do it before".
