Center Instructor
Position available to an individual who can teach reading and Mathematics up through Algebra I.
Tutor - NCLB Supplemental Education Services
Provide tutorial services to eligible students in small group instruction at school or community-based locations.
SAT/ACT Instructor
Join the Sylvan Team as a SAT/ACT Instructor!
We seek dynamic, engaging presenters with a proven ability to motivate others. Candidates MUST have prior experience taking the SAT. The interview process will last between 30-60 minutes and will include a short SAT quiz and discussion of your qualifications and background.
Sylvan Prep offers personalized, small-class standardized test preparation. Our unique approach consists of classes of no more than four to ten students for 37 hours of instruction and diagnostic tests. We offer comprehensive training to help you master the classroom.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Instruction:

Subject Matter:
- SAT scores required
- Learn and retain knowledge related to all aspects of the SAT including knowledge of test format, dates offered, test enrollment process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS Required
- SAT scores required
- Previous training/teaching experience preferred
- Evening and weekend availability required
