Our Sylvan trained and certified tutors are dedicated to your child’s success. Working together with you, we will:

Chris Smallcomb
Center Director

Chris has over 12 years experience with Sylvan. In that time, he has served the Knoxville area in almost every role imaginable, from instructor to test administrator to center director. As a lifelong learner, Chris is devoted to helping students to gain the confidence and aptitude to succeed in school and in life.
Kyli Morgan
Lead Instructor
Kyli has been with Sylvan since August of 2004. As a knowledgable, inspiring, and successful instructor of all of our programs, Kyli was recently promoted to the role of Lead Instructor. In addition to her teaching duties, Kyli also conducts parent conferences, prepares student lessons, and administers student assessments. One of the best parts of her day is when a struggling student reaches the "ah-ha! moment."
Allison Douglas
Test Administrator & Instructor
Allison joined us in July of 2005 as an instructor. Her experience as a Montessori instuctor has proved invaluable in our setting, where instructors must tailor their teaching to a particular student need. This ability to individualize also contributes to Allison's success as a test administrator.
