As a successful Education Lead, your primary responsibility will be to champion the center developed curriculum, manage and ensure the quality of the education standards and teaching staff as well as grow the business in the center.
We require:
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
• State level teaching certification (current or expired).
• Previous Business and/or Sales and Managerial experience.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Meticulous organizational skills.
• Data and educational assessment analysis skills.
As a successful Lead Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to champion the center developed curriculum, manage and ensure the quality of the education standards and teaching staff in the center.
We require:
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• State level teaching certification (current or expired).
• Previous experience in the education field.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Afternoon, evening, and Saturday availability.
As a Center Assistant Manager, you will utilize your talents to manage the day-to-day operations of a center, including responsibility over P&L controls, hiring staff, and optimizing the sales process, the curriculum delivery, and the marketing activities to schools and the surrounding community.
We require:
• A Bachelor’s degree and Teaching certificate and/or experience in the education field.
• Previous Business/Sales and/or marketing experience.
• Managerial experience.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts, analyze/interpret business reports and statistics, and write reports and business correspondence.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work some evening hours, and some Saturdays.

As an Instructor at Sylvan, your primary responsibilities are:

As a part-time Sylvan Instructor, you will be trained on the Sylvan curriculum and given the tools to teach in a small group. You will provide personalized instruction in SAT/ACT prep exams to students.
