Terri Huntington
Center Director
B.S. in Elementary Education from Bowling Green State University in 1989
Terri has experience teaching in both private and public schools in the greater Cincinnati area from 1989-1994. While teaching, she joined Sylvan Learning Center’s part-time instructor staff in 1991. Terri was promoted to Director of Education and began to work full-time with Sylvan in 1995. Then, in 2001, was promoted once again, this time to the position of Center Director. Her experience with four generations of Sylvan programs brings a wide knowledge base to her Center.
Terri loves to see the positive changes that come when students get the individualized attention they need and is comforted when parents have the ease of mind that their child will realize his/her potential. Her care and concern for all of her families is evident. As Center Director, Terri is concerned first and foremost with the quality of service offered by her staff. Over the past eighteen years, Terri has worked in the Hamilton, Tri-County, and Eastgate Sylvan Learning Centers. She is excited to now work with students and families in the Blue Ash area.
Kim Griffin
Instructor
B.S., Elementary Education - Bowling Green State University
Kim started with Sylvan in the Fall of 1989 and enjoys getting to know the students here, she has held all positions in the Center. She loves being able to help them learn to apply study strategies that will make homework time more efficient and more effective. Kim’s motto is “study smarter, not harder”.
Pammy Sanker

B.S., Education - University of Cincinnati
Pammy started teaching with Sylvan in fall of 2000 and was nominated nationally for Sylvan’s Teacher of the Year in 2007. She loves working with the students and staff of the Blue Ash Center. She currently teaches at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy.
Annie Miskimens
Instructor
B.A., Early Childhood Education – Xavier University
Annie has been with Sylvan since 2003, also starting as a teaching assistant who would get materials ready for the teachers each day. After finishing her degree in Education, Annie became an instructor for us. She, too, loves teaching the young readers and gets special satisfaction from helping them grow their reading skills.
Himanshu Narayana

B.S., Computer Engineering- Rose Hulman Institute of Technology
AYA Licensure, Secondary Education in Integrated Mathematics – Xavier University
Himanshu partnered with Sylvan in August of 2010. He thoroughly enjoys teaching math and has fun helping kids observe the world in different ways. Higher level math doesn’t scare him off – one of his favorite jobs in the past was with the Math Lab while in college. Himanshu works with students of all ages in math, sciences, and reading comprehension.
