Sylvan Learning Center has been in your community since 2002, when we first opened our doors in Oakley, CA. In May of 2008, we moved our location to Brentwood, CA, off of the Highway 4 Bypass. We are enjoying the new view as "The Streets of Brentwood" has opened up across the street.
