Exit 43 (Park Road). At the end of the exit, take a left. At the 2nd set of lights, take a right (following the signs to West Hartford Center). Continue on this road through downtown West Hartford. Much of it is residential until you get to Bishops Corner which is an area with strip malls on either side. The center is in the plaza on the left side with Marshalls, Barnes and Noble and the Macaroni Grill.
