Supplemental Educational Services (SES)
We are an approved supplemental educational services (SES) provider and have had the priviledge of providing FREE, high quality tutoring to eligible children since 2007. Under the No Child Left Behind Act, Sylvan provides FREE individualized tutoring lessons at our center. To find out how your child can receive FREE tutoring, contact your school today.

2008 Sylvan Teacher of the Year
Mr. John Wagner is the reigning Sylvan's Teacher of the Year. Mr. Wagner has over 33 years of teaching experience with the Susquehanna Township School District. Mr. Wagner has been an instructor with Sylvan in Harrisburg for three years. Mr. Wagner was involved in a Teach-Off in Orlando on Sept. 17, 2008. Since the 2008 conference Sylvan has not had a Teacher of the Year!
