It’s not the twelve years of experience at Sylvan that makes Nancy special. It’s not the twenty years of educational experience she brings to the job that do it either. It is the fact that Nancy genuinely believes that every child can learn if given the proper education and environment. She makes it her mission to provide superior quality service and education to each and every student and family that comes to Sylvan.

She continued tutoring all through college before graduating from the University of Baltimore. Debbie began her career at Sylvan over eight years ago moving into a Director of Education position. She feels that students don’t often see the value in what they are being taught, and she loves being able to help students make real life connections to what they are learning in school.
