College Admissions Night
On Tuesday, Nov. 10, Sylvan will host a college information program for parents from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. featuring presentations by guidance and college admissions counselors. Topics include:
- Setting the right academic course in high school.
- Determining college choices and understanding the application process.
- Finding SAT/ACT Success: Strategies that work, prep courses and interpreting scores.
- Financial Aid / Paying for college: What you need to know.
The program is geared for parents of 9th, 10th and 11th graders, but is also appropriate for parents of 12th graders as you chart the course for their successful transition to college. We hope you can attend. Door prizes and refreshments.
