Families in the Triad Trust Sylvan for Tutoring
Sylvan of Winston-Salem was established in 1985 and has a history of providing consistent educational excellence to families in the Triad area. Owners Tom and Peggy Anderson have a combined educational and business background that includes more than 30 years of teaching and diagnostic testing in public and private schools, educational research in learning disabilities, and business management in a worldwide corporation. They opened their first Sylvan Learning Center in North Carolina twenty-two years ago and have been serving an average 100 students every month in Winston-Salem and Greensboro since their first year of operation. The reputation of Sylvan in our community is built on these fundamental principles: a sincere dedication to each child and family, a Center Director and staff with extensive educational training and background, and an environment that nurtures motivation and success.
