Sylvan's tutors teach skills that last a lifetime. Check out what we've been up to!
Study Tip from Sylvan of Burlington
It is the beginning of a new school year. This is a great time to get your child off on the right foot. Encourage your child to set aside an hour of study time each night, even if they have no homework. They can use that time to review a new concept they learned at school that day, study spelling words, check over homework they have already completed or start reading the next chapter in their text book. By starting the school year with good study habits, it will be much easier to keep them up the rest of the year.

We have a ribbon cutting from 11am-12pm on Friday, May 6th. Please join us to celebrate the opening of our new location!
We will start our SAT group in preparation for the October 2011 test in mid August. We will offer additional SAT group programs for the upcoming SAT 2011-2012 dates. Please call for details.
It's that time again! If you have not yet given Meredith or Debbie your child's tutoring schedule for the summer, please do so as soon as possible in order to reserve your preferred time slots.
Summer hours:
M/W 3:30pm-7:30pm,
T/Th 9am-11am, 430pm-630pm
Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm
Be sure to check on the monthly calendars for our SPIRIT DAYS that will continue throughout the school year. You can earn extra tokens for participating!
In order for your child to be able to take full advantage of the games and activities we have during break time, please have them eat a snack before they come to the center.
Reminder: Monthly drawings will be held on the last day of the month. Each time you attend class, you can enter to win using your today I learned tickets.
We will be closed for the Memorial Day Saturday, May 28th - Monday, May 30th. Have a wonderful weekend!
