If getting to the Henderson Sylvan Center is becoming a problem make sure to ask us about the Sylvan On-Line tutoring program. We have had several students receive live tutoring in their homes via the internet right now.
We really appreciate it when you share your Sylvan experience with other parents. Remember that if you send a friend to us they receive 1/2 off the initial assessment and if they enroll in a program you can choose to receive either $50 cash or (4) free instructional hours!

October 2010 - I would like to share an effective and fun tool with you that I have used with my own sons in an effort to motivate them to read more. Sylvan of Henderson wins NC state approval
For the fifth year in a row Sylvan Learning of Henderson has obtained NC state approval to deliver it's Ace It! tutoring program as part of the No Child Left Behind Supplemental Educational Services program. Over the last four years we have tutored over 1200 students in 16 schools over five school districts. Last year we helped three school improve their test scores so much they were able to exit school improvement status!
