Sylvan of Gastonia Creates Parent Advisory Board for SES Partnership
Again this school year, we will continue our goal of serving Gaston County Schools with excellence. Sylvan of Gastonia created a Parent Advisory Board for our Gaston County SES Program. We want to see our services through the eyes of our parents. Our committee consists of parents from each of our SES schools. While these positions are totally voluntary, our parents are helping us with grassroots, day-by-day questions other parents may have about our SES services in their school. The parents also have given us valuable feedback on ways to improve our services to our SES families from advice they gather from other parents. This is a priceless partnership and we thank all of those who will be involved again this year.
