Meet the Tutors
Our Sylvan trained and certified tutors are dedicated to your child’s success. Working together with you, we will:

- Develop a personalized learning plan based on your child’s goals

- Teach each lesson the way your child learns best

Dr Robert Irvine
Executive Director and Owner
Dr. Irvine has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a master’s in Social Work, a master’s in Business Administration and a doctorate in Education. Dr. Irvine strives for success for our students. Prior to becoming a Sylvan Learning Center owner, he served as a community Mental Health Director for 30 years. He has owned Savannah Sylvan since 1998 and is proud of the programs we offer. One reason he decided to buy a Sylvan center was his daughters attended Sylvan in Alaska.
