Our Sylvan trained and certified tutors are dedicated to your child’s success. Working together with you, we will:

Tom Lashley
Franchise Operator/District Center Director
Prior to owning these centers in this franchise area, Tom was a Curriculum Coordinator and educator in the public schools, and is the superintendent for Lafayette County Schools. He earned his masters degree in Educational Leadership from Valdosta State University. He has 17 years experience in education, and has served at all levels from teacher to superintendent of schools, as well as with Suwannee Valley Learning Inc.
Dana Lashley
Franchise Operator/District Center Director (Both Centers)
Dana has 14 years experience in education, mainly in the classroom and in guidance counseling. She has a master’s degree in guidance from Valdosta State University, and post master’s hours in social work and counseling. She currently serves as center director for Live Oak (681), and oversees daily operations there, as well as serving part-time for some areas of Lake City.

Administrative Assistant
