A New Direction

I was enrolled at Pasco Hernando Community college for two years, it was adequate but the curriculum was self-paced which was not for a student like me with learning disabilities and a lack of motivation.

I then decided to enroll in a private school, Sylvan Learning Center. In the course of six months, I have learned so much. The instructors are very professional; they know how to teach and how you learn as an individual. I have not completed my academics yet, but I highly recommend other students with difficulties if at all possible look into this program. It is definitely worth the time and hard work involved.

My knowledge in basic studies has improved a great deal and it is so uplifting, I feel my confidence shooting through the roof! Before I would not even pick up a book to read, I also would not do any extra work in any subject, especially in math. That has all changed; I do the opposite now.

Sylvan Learning Center brings you to a higher thinking level, making you feel better about yourself and more independent. In the future, I will work hard and do everything I can do to reach my goal, and that is to obtain my GED and go to college one day. I recommend Sylvan Learning Center to anyone that needs help in general areas of academics and studies. I feel much more confident, happy and satisfied regarding my studies and just life itself.
