Sylvan instructors are highly trained and qualified. They are trained in the specific programs they teach and are also certified by the state. Sylvan instructors love to teach and love to learn. Meet our team of staff members:
Ann is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with her B.A. in Music Education. She has been a Director with Sylvan since 2002. She and her husband John have been residents of the Bowling Green area for 35 years, and prior to joining Sylvan Ann worked with local schools as a teacher and educational consultant. She truly believes that every student has untapped potential to succeed academically, and says, "Sylvan is all about the possibilities and building a student's self-confidence and motivation to learn." Ann and John have a son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. Outside of Sylvan, Ann sings with the Pride of Toledo Chorus of Sweet Adelines International, and enjoys spending time with her family.
Stacey has a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Bluffton University. She was a long term sub during the 2010-2011 school year, and recently joined our staff. She is married to Brandon, has a puppy named Marley, and enjoys running, skiing, being "crafty", and reading. Stacey loves working at Sylvan because she has the opportunity to inspire children to become excited about learning.

Craig and his wife (Caren) are involved in the daily operations of the 5 Sylvan centers they own: Bowling Green, Defiance, Findlay, Lima, and Toledo.
