Our Sylvan trained and certified tutors are dedicated to your child’s success. Working together with you, we will:

Mary Aileen Radigan
Center Director
A Medina County resident since 1975, Mary Aileen has taught in parochial and public school systems as both a classroom teacher and a reading and math specialist. Thirteen years ago she became co-owner of her first Sylvan Learning Center and has found the experience a perfect fit for her skills and love of teaching. She and her husband Ken have three married children and thoroughly enjoy their five preschool aged grandchildren during their free time.
Hilary Englehart
Director of Education
Hilary is a lifetime resident of Medina with a degree is Early Childhood Education. She has been a teacher at Sylvan for 4 years and recently has moved up to the Director of Education. Working at Sylvan has allowed Hilary to foster her passion for teaching and love of learning. In her free time, Hilary enjoys spending time with her husband, Rikk, teenage stepson, and one year old son.
