Take I-75 to Route 40, exit #63 to Vandalia. Go west on Rt. 40 to the third stoplight. Go left(south)on Dixie Dr. approx. one half mile. Sylvan is located on the right at 875 S. Dixie Dr. in a white 2-story building. Turn into second entrance.
