SHAMROCKS AGAINST DYSTROPHY
The students at our center earn tokens during their tutoring sessions. They earn them for effort, hard work, and positive attitudes. The students are able to shop at the Sylvan Store for toys, games and other prizes. The older students use their tokens to buy gift certificates to their favorite stores. Every year during the month of March our center teams up with the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Our students use their hard earned tokens to purchase shamrocks to help kids suffering from Muscular Dystrophy. FROM THE HEARTS OF OUR STUDENTS COME SHAMROCKS!!
LOCAL LIBRARIES
Our center provides educational magazines and magazine covers for the reading pleasure of children and adults at the Oxford and Lake Orion libraries.
OXFORD RECREATIONAL BASEBALL ASSOCIATION
Our center sponsored three Little League baseball teams. Our sponsorship provided teams and coaches with uniforms and water bottles. IT WAS A GRAND SLAM FOR EVERYONE!!!
OXFORD GIVING TREE
Our Oxford Giving Tree will be decorated with ornaments signed by patrons when they make a charitable donation of non-perishable food or money.
