Teacher Appreciation Party!
On Friday, February 19, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., we are hosting the Teacher Appreciation Party. The event is an Open House, giving our students' classroom teachers, past or present, an opportunity to see Sylvan first hand. We are very excited about this fun and informative way for the teachers, students, parents, and Sylvan staff to interact. There are treats for everyone, and the students will be able to give their teachers a Sylvan gift.
Award for Educational Excellence
Wendy Swanson, our Director of Education, was honored to accept the 2008 Northwest Association of Accredited Schools Award for Educational Excellence. This award recognizes Missoula Sylvan Learning as the center with the highest percentage of students reaching their academic goals of any accredited center in the Northwest. The award was given at the 25th Annual Sylvan Conference in Orlando, Florida.
