Sara began her Sylvan career in 2004 as a reading instructor. Sara enjoyed working so much she currently serves as the Director of Education.

Brian originally started at the Homewood Sylvan in 1997 as a student. Brian was hired as a part-time employee in 2000. In 2005 he became one of Sylvan's Directors.

Mindy has just celebrated 14 years with Sylvan Learning Center. In 1997 Mindy began as an Instructor and Test Administrator and she quickly became Director of Education. Mindy has also assisted Colleen Dunlavy and Kelly Shereyk in the management of the Joliet Sylvan Learning Center.
"I truly enjoy watching students achieve that "A-HA" moment. I also love hearing about the ongoing success of past students when parents call in to say hello."

Catie came to the Homewood Sylvan in 2007 after having taught in both public and private schools. At Sylvan, Catie started as a math instructor and now teaches all of the programs.
"I love helping students understand something that they previosly found difficult or confusing. I believe that learning is a lifelong process.

Jessica began working at Sylvan in 2010 as a math instructor and in 2011 became the Test Administrator.
