ACT Success"I took the ACT twice before, and each time I got a 25 and 26. I knew these were good scores, but they weren't enough. I needed at least a 29 to get a full ride to Drury U. where I wanted to go. My parents enrolled me in the Sylvan ACT Prep class to help me. I came here a couple of days a week over the summer. When I was given an assignment I worked on it. I studied regularly to keep things fresh. The instructors at Sylvan were very helpful at explaining the parts of the test, and worked with me to help me succeed. Then the day of the test came around, and, though I was nervous, I was confident. A few weeks later, I got my test scores back. I had gotten a 30! I was so excited! We contacted the Sylvan in Edwardsville, IL and have been very pleased with the results. They first tested her to see where her problem learning was and began there.
