Tricia Reynolds
Territory Director
Tricia graduated from University of Missouri with a B.S. in Education. She has many years of Sylvan experience, starting as a teacher and tester in Lee's Summit in 1994. Tricia has also been Associate Director, Center Director, Director of a Pilot Program for Sylvan Corporate and District Marketing Director. Tricia was one of the top three Center Director of the Year Finalist in 2006. She and her husband have three children and they reside in Lee's Summit.
Shawnda Kahl
Senior Director
Shawnda attended Mid-America University and received a B.A. in Education. She was a teacher in the Hickman Mills District. In 1999 she began her career as a Sylvan teacher. She quickly moved to Director of Education, Associate Director, and was the District Education Coordinator for 6 centers in Kansas & Missouri. As DEC, she was responsible for quality instruction, implementing new programs, training teachers & staff and many other duties. Shawnda lives in Pleasant Hill with her young daughter.
Lee W.
Lead Teacher
Lee received his Secondary Certification in English and History form UMKC. He also obtains a B.A. of Arts in History and English from Avila College. Lee has many years of Sylvan experience as well. Starting at the Lee's Summit Center and than transfering to the Raymore Center, Lee is a Sylvan tester, Lead Teacher and teacher.
