"My son went to Sylvan for a year and a half. I would like to tell you that I was very skeptical of the program at first. I would watch those commercials on T.V. and look at my husband and go, yeah right. But, I am here today to tell you that Sylvan really works.
My son was in 5th grade and had a vocabulary level of a 2nd grader and a math level of a 4th grader. In just one year's time he brought his vocabulary up to a 6th grade level or better. No one can tell me that Sylvan does not work.
We did our program online in the convenience of our own home where my son felt comfortable. I can not explain how much confidence and self esteem my child has today and I owe it all to Sylvan. They are the ones that gave him that boost of confidence and that great self esteem for always praising him while he was online. The online teachers were just awesome.
My son, while in 5th grade, was bringing home low C's and B's. After Sylvan helped him in every aspect he just brought home his first report card from 7th grade and he made straight A's and high B's!
I can not thank Sylvan enough for all they have done with my son and believe me, I am not skeptical anymore!"
