Burley Primary/Slack Elementary Literacy Night

Dear Lynn Holloway,

We appreciate your coming to our Family Literacy Night at
Burley Primary and Slack Elementary. It is important to
show the relationship in the community with literacy and
the services that Sylvan provides to foster the love of
reading.

Each year our school holds this night to promote literacy
connections between the home, school and community.
Through our literacy nights we have informed families of
the importance of literacy in their children's educational
journey and share with them resources that continue outside
of the school.

Our teachers were excited to receive one of the three gift
baskets that the students helped them to win. With the
help of supporters like you we can continue to improve
literacy awareness for our families. We look forward to
working together again throughout the school year.
