Director

Mackenzie is originally from Tampa, Florida where she started with Sylvan in 2005. She moved to Colorado to become one of the Directors of the Longmont center. Mackenzie graduated from the University of South Florida with a concentration in Speech and Language Pathology. She loves being able to watch the students grow and mature on a daily basis as they move through their programs at Sylvan.

Dru Winters

Associate Director of Education

Dru is originally from Houston, Texas. He has a Master's degree in Philosophy and Religion, and his teaching certificate is in Critical Thinking and Logic.
Dru began his career with Sylvan in California as an Associate Director of Education. He enjoys teaching a variety of Sylvan programs from Beginning Reading to ACT and SAT test prep. His hobbies include Reading, Writing, Painting, Photography, Hiking, Composing electronic music, learning foreign languages, and caffeine.
