Ivette M Imperial-Gonzales
Executive Director
Ivette is our Sylvan Learning Center Executive Director. Ivette has a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Education from San Diego State University. She is a Clear Credentialed Teacher and has been teaching for 10 years. Her teaching experience includes working with elementary students in GATE, SEI & Sheltered classes. Ivette has also been a very successful GRE Instructor.
Kathryn Knapp
Director of Education
Kathryn "Katy" is our Director of Education. She attended California Baptist University (CBU), where she majored in Liberal Studies and graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree. Katy has a Preliminary Teaching Credential and has been teaching for over 3 years. She loves working at Sylvan Learning Center, and having the opportunity to help so many students become academically successful, confident, and independent.
