"It is I, the one and only Eddie Moreno, I'm sorry if this letter is late, but i think better late than never. Well, what I learned was alot, so much it helped me graduate, in the class of 2007. I will now be going to college, I start on 8/20/2007. Now that I think of it I almost didn't graduate without Sylvans's help from all the great tutors, Shout out to Mr. Tim. All of the help from Miss Dorothy and Miss Sarah and of course Mr. Dave. I thank you for helping me with Geometry and English skills. I had a lot of good times studying and getting taught new things. New ways of doing problems that confused me before. I met alot of new and cool people there, shout out to Douglas if he still there, 07 the best ever. At the end I like to thank my parents who gave me the chance of going to Sylvan, the cool kids and the best tutors. Again thank you for everything. P.S. "My son Brandon could not pass the states math test, after numberous tries, and was struggling in his math class just to keep a D grade.
We enrolled him in your program; he attended Sylvan one hour twice a week for the last half of 6th grade. He liked going, they made learning fun. He liked that he would earn points to use towards buying things in the student store. All students wrote out special checks when buying things, which was also a good learning tool for the future.
He has since started 7th grade and is no longer in remedial math. He is in Honors Pre Algebra and is just thriving! His math state test scores are now just as high as his language scores! (9th grade level) I give full credit for this remarkable progress to Rialto's Sylvan Learning Center's Program. His teachers are actually describing him as a High Functioning student now! Wow, what a change 6 months have made.
