Our Sylvan trained and certified tutors are dedicated to your child’s success. Working together with you, we will:

- Develop a personalized learning plan based on your child’s goals

The North Scarborough Sylvan community always provides our families with a focus on student learning, ongoing collaboration, innovative teaching strategies, and a commitment to high expectations. It is my personal goal to meet and exceed these valued traditions and practices.

I am currently planning meetings with staff to prepare our students for the upcoming 2011-2012 school year. These conversations are just the beginning in creating a road map for this Centre’s future. I look forward to meeting every family in the upcoming weeks. With my “open door” policy, I think you will find me to be open, honest, knowledgeable, and supportive.

Adam Daidone
Director of Education
Adam Daidone was born in Toronto, Ontario, and developed a passion for math and science at a young age. After Adam received his Specialized Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics, he began working at Sylvan as a math instructor. Four years later, he is now the Director of Education and loves working with children of all ages in a variety of subjects. Adam's teaching style focuses on developing confidence and independence in students, as well as engendering a lasting enthusiasm for learning, especially in math. In his free time, Adam enjoys reading, listening to music, and watching movies.
