Sylvan Learning Centre Prince Albert Staff

Instructors and Tutors

Instructors have an Education Degree and are certified as teachers by the Saskatchewan Department of Education. We offer instruction for students from pre-K to grade 12, and into post secondary education, as long as we have qualified tutors.

Sylvan teachers/tutors also take Sylvan University courses and must achieve 80% or better on the exams to become Sylvan certified teachers. All our math tutors are Sylvan math certified.

We offer tutoring or homework support, in all math subjects, (algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus), physics, chemistry and biology, native studies, English, French and social sciences for high school and university students. Our teachers are familiar with the new high school math curriculum, as well as Math Makes Sense.

If you are doing independent study through correspondence tutoring can be provided for each of your lessons or for review.

For students preparing for GED or upgrading, contact us for more information about our flexible hours and personalized program highlights.
