1000 HOURS ATTENDED at SYLVAN SAN BRUNO
John Kim received his 1000 hour certificate on April 13, 2010. Cupcakes were shared with the kids after instruction and John was presented with a Target gift card that he would like to put toward the lap top he has been saving for.
ACT or SAT?
This year, more and more students are taking the ACT for college entrance.
We provide both ACT and SAT prep but do you know how these tests compare to each other? Here’s a quick explanation. What's the difference between the ACT and the SAT? The SAT is traditionally thought of as a test that measures your critical-thinking skills, testing your ability to analyze and solve problems in math, reading, and writing. The ACT, on the other hand, is considered a more curriculum-based test, since it tests your academic preparedness for college in the areas of English, math, reading, and science by calling on information you have learned in your high school coursework.
