Our Sylvan trained and certified tutors are dedicated to your child’s success. Working together with you, we will:

Sylvan Tutors
Our wonderful part-time tutors hold multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Education. They have also received provincial certification. Phyllis, Sandra, Chen, Tara, Pam, Jennifer, Cory, Tony, & Josh have years of teaching experience behind them. This experience includes teaching all levels - Kindergarten to adult students, and all subjects – from language arts, math & sciences! The tutors “…delight in teaching, so they can learn…”
Traci George, B.Ed.
Director of Education
Traci received her Bachelor of Education from the University of Calgary in 1989 and spent many years working in administrative positions. She returned to the field of education when her children were young, volunteering in their schools and teaching preschool and junior kindergarten. She joined the Sylvan team at the Midnapore centre in March of 2009, initially as an instructor and then as Program Manager. She accepted the position of Director of Education later that year and transferred to the South Trail centre in January of 2010. Traci is very excited to be working with all of our students and families!
