Sylvan Pays Dividends

"I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to all of the staff at Sylvan Learning Center for their tireless efforts in tutoring my daughter. When Mia came to the Sylvan Learning Center, she was struggling with her classes and was in jeopardy of not passing the second grade. Because of the assistance given to my daughter by the Sylvan staff, her reading and writing skills improved dramatically. Although she did not re-enroll at Sylvan for the next school year, I can tell you that the fruits of your staff's efforts are still paying huge dividends, as Mia got all A's on her mid-year report card. I can't tell you what her academic success has done for her self esteem. Thank you so much for your patient, diligent efforts with Mia."

Sylvan gave him the confidence to be successful

"Sylvan came to our rescue as our son neared the end of second grade. Although we were told that he had worked “on grade level” for most of the year, he performed so poorly on the end of year standardized tests that it was apparent that he needed help. My son started working with Sylvan’s tutors prior to his third grade year and it has made an incredibly positive difference in his life. We saw an immediate change in his attitude and his performance at school. The assistance and encouragement he got from his tutors at Sylvan gave him the confidence he needed to be successful.

In the spring, he completed his last program with Sylvan. It had become so much a part of his life that he was a little disappointed that he was no longer going on a regular basis. I can say without hesitation that my son’s success in school was due to the quality tutoring, support and attention he received from Sylvan. My son is on track to get more “A” grades than “B” on his final report card.

I received Daniel's FCAT report today and immediately thought of you! I am enclosing a copy so you can compare the progress Sylvan showed in my son's work againist the FCAT progress. As you can see, Daniel's score last year was below passing. We came to you with a desparate need to see improvement. You took your time with Daniel and clearly explained the path we should follow with Sylvan. I am so very happy to show you proof that your system works! Daniel's FCAT for reading is now at a level 3! This is even better than we anticipated.

I want to thank you very much for the time, concern, and caring you showed toward my 10th grade son, Daniel. He always looked forward to going to Sylvan and earning the tokens.
