• Reading, beginning reading, study skills, elementary math
• Writing, SAT
• High School Math

To teach at Sylvan you must have a VALID TEACHING CREDENTIAL OR CERTIFICATE (from any state). Math and science teachers are required to have an advanced degreee or advanced training.
Sylvan is the nation's largest provider of supplemental education and we are looking for enthusiastic teachers to teach in our growing center.

This is individualized teaching at its best. There are no lesson plans to prepare and you work with motivated students. Each student has an individualized lesson plan based on the results of a "skills assessment". Our goal is to build skills with a wide variety of learning materials and personalized instruction from caring, trained teachers. Instruction is provided during after school hours and on Saturdays.
