Seminar on College Entrance Exams
Have you ever wondered what is the difference between the ACT and SAT and which one your student should take? How important are the tests scores, and what is a good test score? When should your student take the test? What subject areas are tested? How can your student prepare? All these questions and more will be answered for you...
You are invited to a FREE Seminar on the topic of College Admissions tests on Tuesday, December 8th from 7:15 to 8:00pm at Sylvan Learning Center of Eau Claire. FREE Mock ACT!
Sylvan will be hosting a FREE mock ACT on Sunday, December 13th from 12-3:30. Sylvan Learning Center, along with its College Prep professionals, will then review and score the results and provide each student with an in-person improvement session to pinpoint areas of success in order to guide them as they prepare for the actual ACT test. Sylvan Learning has been an educational leader in helping students increase their ACT scores for more than a decade. In fact, a majority of students in the Sylvan College Prep program increased their scores up to 5 points for the ACT. Please call Lori at 715-858-1234 or e-mail to schoolliaison@sylvancenter.org with any questions, or to register your student and reserve a test spot. There will also be a follow up “results consultation” for students and parents on Wednesday, December 16th at 7:15pm. at which time the scores will be available, and areas of strengths and weaknesses can be identified.
