Center-Based Employment Opportunities

Sylvan Learning is a franchised organization with more than 1,100 centers located throughout the United States and Canada. Each center is responsible for hiring its own management and teaching staff. Center Director and Director of Education Positions
Center Directors are leaders with a background in sales and operations who enjoy building a business and providing top-notch customer service. They are responsible for driving profitability through performing sales activities and managing the overall operations of the center.

Directors of Education are proven leaders with a background in education, as well as an ability to promote Sylvan programs. They are responsible for ensuring the educational integrity of the Sylvan Learning programs through training and managing the instructional staff, as well as contributing to the sales and profitability goals of the center.
