A Success At Sylvan

I am majoring in law enforcement at Marion Technical College. My goal is to become what I always dreamed of since I was a little boy and that is to be a police officer. My goal is to finish Sylvan and be successful in law enforcement.
Sylvan helped me a lot in subject areas in which I had difficulty, such as vocabulary, reading, and writing. I recommend Sylvan to others because the instructors are nice, kind to others, and are respectful. Also, they are willing to take the time to help everyone to succeed. I would not receive A’s and B’s on quizzes, tests and homework if it were not for God, Sylvan, and the instructors to help me. I recommend Sylvan to anyone who is having trouble in school.

Achieving Math Success

We came to Marion Sylvan Learning Center after a few weeks of struggling with Geometry at the beginning of the school year. My daughter who normally did very well in Math and Algebra was falling behind. I started exploring possibilities for tutoring and narrowed my search to Sylvan Learning Center after making a call and discussing the options with their very friendly and helpful staff. They were so willing to meet her needs specifically and recommended a tutor who has been able to turn her around completely. A course she was nearly failing is now so much easier to understand! She is even getting extra credit in Geometry for classroom participation! Her confidence has returned and so has her smile! With the help of Sylvan and her tutor she raised her average by 3 letter grades! THANK YOU SYLVAN
