Working part-time at Sylvan is a wonderful way to grow as a teacher. We seek certified educators who LOVE teaching and would like the chance to work up close, face to face with children, and change their lives in a wonderful way. Students at Sylvan are highly motivated; they come to us because they want to improve themselves, and they need you to help them.

Teachers at Sylvan work flexible hours which are scheduled around their already busy lives. Most instruction takes place after school and in the early evening. Some teachers choose to work only one day a week, others work four or five; some work on weekends.

If you are interested in seeing what the best teaching experience of your life looks like, give us a call or send an email to set up an appointment with a director for a tour and interview. Applications are accepted year-round, but, understandably, need for new staffing fluctuates. A director will be happy to discuss our current needs when you call or come in.
