Meet the Tutors
Our Sylvan trained and certified tutors are dedicated to your child’s success. Working together with you, we will:

- Develop a personalized learning plan based on your child’s goals
- Offer unique insights about what will work for your child
- Teach each lesson the way your child learns best

Hilary Pharies
Director
Hilary has been a part of the Sylvan staff Since 2005. She has her Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Business from the University of Florida. She holds a Florida Teacher’s Certification in Elementary Education, Business Education, and Middle Grades Math.
Rhonda Czjakowski
Office Manager
Rhonda is the pleasant voice you will hear when you call and the friendly face that will first greet you when you come in our center during the day. Her expertise in the front office is unparalleled. Her early childhood education background and adminstrative skills are a perfect blend for Sylvan. She has been part of the team since May 2005.
Rudie Gillett
Center Assistant
Rudie has been the Center Assistant in Orange Park for four years. She is currently an education major at FCSJ. She is an Orange Park native who graduated from Ridgeview High School.
