Careers
Center Instructor
Do you love to teach? We are looking for teachers with expertise in at least 2 of the following subjects: reading K-12, writing 2-12, study skills, math K-8, high school math, and SAT/ACT prep. The perfect teacher for Sylvan's personalized programs taught in a 3:1 ratio is comfortable with kids of all ages, flexible, enthusiastic, and has the ability to multitask. We prepare your lessons and provide all instructional materials. Training is provided. We love what we do and are looking for people who share the same attitude toward learning.
Bachelor's degree and Teaching Certificate are required for instructor positions.
6-10 hours per week
1 year commitment
