The South Canton Sylvan Learning Center helps students learn how to become self-motivated, independent, and most importantly approach school, as well as life, with confidence. Our tutoring programs are available both when school is in session, as well as during the summer with additional instructional hours. We are constantly looking for new ways for South Canton Sylvan to better help students achieve success. Here, we update you on the latest news, contests, and seasonal offers released by our local center.
Book Adventure
What is Book Adventure?
Book Adventure is a FREE, on-line reading motivation program that rewards students (K-8) for their reading successes. It can be a great supplement to your child’s current reading curriculum. Upon registering, students are able to choose reading material based on grade level and areas of interest. After reading, your child is able to take a quiz about the book’s content. Based on quiz scores, children win points that are redeemable for real prizes!

Sylvan Success Stories
Do you have a success story you would like to share with us? We are always looking for parent comments to share with people who are inquiring about tutoring at Sylvan. Sylvan Learning Offers Free Seminars
Sylvan Learning offers free seminars to schools, parent organizations and other groups. Topics for the seminars include: study habits, math confidence, ACT/SAT preparation and many more! Call for more details.
Courses for Credit/Summer School Opportunities
Sylvan Learning of South Canton offers credit recovery for students grades 6-12. Full or half credits can be earned through our flexible scheduling program. Please call/email for details and pricing.
