STAR Test Prep

The California Standards Tests (CSTs) are for California public schools and are aligned to the state content standards. All students in grades two through eleven take the CSTs. CST is the STAR test for most California public school students. 

We customize a program for each student to prepare them for STAR tests.

Teaching method and process:

• Use STAR test question types to identify students' strengths & weaknesses.
• Review tests with students and tutor accordingly.
• Retest after review and re-target at students' weaknesses.
• California Achievement Test 5 material may be used for additional assessment and prep. CAT 5 is very similar to the STAR test. 
• SSAT test material may be used for advanced students. SSAT is typically more difficult than the STAR test.
