Everybody Needs a Coach
“Everybody Needs a Coach.”

Whether it is qualifying for football, basketball, baseball or getting into their college of choice … everybody needs a coach.
Sylvan Learning Center – Vacaville has initiated a program to help students reach their academic goals so they can qualify to participate on their high school team. In addition, they will gain lifelong study skills and play and win at the game of academics. These skills will take them through high school, college, and into their career of choice.
Coaches will work individually with students to give them the perspective and strategies needed to “turn their academic game around.”
The “Everybody Needs a Coach Program” is a 10-week/60-hour line-up and consists of 2-hour Study Skills classes every Saturday and HomeWorkZone Monday through Thursday at 7:00 pm. HomeWork subjects include:
