Puerto Schools Project
Sylvan Victoria and Sylvan Westshore have teamed up with a school near Puerto Escondido, Mexico, to help build school facilities and provide classroom supplies. Rather than using tokens to buy things at the Sylvan Store, some students donated their tokens to help with our Puerto Schools Project. Students were also able to donate by receiving tokens for reading books at home. Between the two centres, we raised over $600 to support this project! "Pennies for Pencils" is our latest project to help out this school, with students, staff, and parents donating pennies with the proceeds going towards purchasing classroom supplies.

All students that enroll in Sylvan's Math Essentials or Senior Math programs get free access to Sylvanmathprep.com. This website allows students to search for current math topics and access videos, printable notes, worksheets, and quizzes for topics they need help with. There are over 2,000 videos and 750 complete math lessons available for students and parents to use.
