Jason Santiago

Center Director

Jason began working as a tutor for Sylvan in May 2006. Jason obtained a B.S. in Political Science and Public Administration and a Minor in Mathematics from North Carolina State University in 2007. After graduation, Jason became the Assistant Director for the Wake Forest Sylvan. A year later, Jason worked his way to Center Director. Outside of his passion for Education he enjoys watching and playing sports, Math, and Reading.

Donna Driscoll

Program Manager

Donna has lived in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada, where she was a licenced teacher and tutored at a Sylvan. Now the United States, and after nine years of experience at Sylvan, Donna is the Program Manager for the Wake Forest Sylvan. She loves having former students come back from a University and surprise her with a visit.

Camille Brown

Instructor

Camille is originally from Jamaica and a graduate of the University of
the West Indies, with a B. Sc in Mathematics with Education (double
major). Moving to North Carolina in August 2011 and joining the Sylvan
faculty in September 2011, Camille is enjoying her new living and
teaching experience and takes pleasure in helping students connect
conceptual dots and seeing in the ‘aha moments’.

Melinda Cook

Instructor

Born in Macon, GA, Melinda attended Valdosta State University where she earned her teaching licence. Her favorite subjects to teach are Reading and History. For over a year, Melinda has enjoyed working at the Wake Forest Sylvan and watching her students grow in confidence as they understand and can apply new concepts.

Sarah Herzog

Instructor

Sarah is a graduate of Union University, in Jackson, TN with degree in Middle school education. She has been with Sylvan since the Spring of 2010 and has greatly enjoyed watching many students grow and change over the last year and a half. She works primarily with beginning readers, advanced readers, and math students. She enjoys getting to know each student, and watching them get excited about the things they are learning.

Michele Johns

Originally from Alabama, and a University of Alabama alum, Michele is now enjoying life in North Carolina. She joined the Wake Forest Sylvan staff in December of 2010. Michele also works at a local preschool, and is one of Sylvan's top elementary education instructors.
